We recommend taking one bag steeped in 1.1L of fresh boiled water, six times a week, with one day off. For your first serving, start with two bags in 1.1L to initiate effects.

Calcium matters. We recommend maintaining a balanced diet and addressing nutrient deficiencies, particularly calcium, before using our Bags for best results. Maintain a balance diet, or if preferred, take a calcium + d3 supplement.
Why do you offer a tonic and not a pill or powder?
